There's a huge quantity of the different interactive sources of cultural
heritage information in the internet realm. Though the diversity is taken
as a positive feature it's not when a lot of above mentioned sources is
under the eligible quality and others aren't popular having very small
traffic but people would be very delighted to get known them. This means
that two real problems are existing in the area concerned. The first problem
refers to low promotion of the web-sites and new interactive initiatives
of cultural heritage in general due to the underestimation and poor motivation.
The second one adheres to the absence of unified standards to deliver
an expertise.
These problems are badly elaborated and thus there's a very slight movement
to the point of resolution. The Russian Cultural Heritage Network puts
forward proposal to create the mechanism for performing expertise of the
interactive cultural heritage web-sites. The expertise can be conducted
of whatever web-sites which are having no restrictions to be examined.
This project could involve a lot of international participants via information
technologies due to the complexity of this mission. In case of the implementing
of the initiative a great positive output would be obtained. We're the
efficient is easier to reached when work engages a international participation.
