Russian Cultural Heritage Network (RCHN) is an information network, which combines heterogeneous sources of cultorological information by the uniform standards. Also RCHN is the popularization structure which is providing information about the cultural heritage of Russia.

The RCHN mission is to:

• Represent and promote russian cultural heritage to global community
  
• Create the communication environment for russian museum professionals
  
• Develop distant learning and cultural tourism technologies in Russia
