The article is dedicated to research of possibility of compilation of the technical electronic li-brary joining a subject "OIL and GAS ". The technical problems of organization of a mining, collec-tion, transport and manufacturing process of the information are considered. This article is containing the description of a technique of scanning and sequence of image processing. The structure, technical decisions and technical system for library developing is present in this article. Listing programs, de-signed for service support of stages of a manufacturing process is resulted. The program for browsing and searching in the library describes here as well.
