The Socionet as a platform for creation of information resources and online services for a community of researchers

To build a unified network infrastructure (UNI) for supporting research and education activities one should form a technical and organization platforms, which will specify general rules and give tools for creation of professional information resources and online services compatible with UNI and integrated with each other.

The Socionet system proposes such a platform. Using this platform developers can
build: a)series of papers or collections of scientific materials integrated into one professional information space; and also b)online services embedded into the information space data.
