Java and XML technologies in new version of ISIR

The general architecture of new version of ISIR information system is considered. It bases at Java, RDF(S), XML technologies and includes a number of open-source solutions. Such approach allows to develop object-oriented digital libraries and portals, which based on different types of repositories of information. Current version has comprehensive web-services for publication and content management, based on XML/XSLT technologies.
