This article describes one of the approaches to the distributed data
integration problem solution. This technique is based on the open query concept,
which uses workflow technologies in order to control an overall process of
external system repositories querying and data aggregation. In this article some
widespread data integration problems are considered and effective ways of their
solution are provided.
